Most clubs don't allow touching of the butt or boobs. The girls only get $20 each song; the bar gets &10. Being that such is the case, $30 is nothing. The girls definitely deserve a tip, as they are already doing "extra" by letting you grab them. Sure, this is the standard of this club, but it isn't the standard for MOST clubs. In addition, what you get in the lap dance area in most places is what you would get in a VIP room in MOST clubs (which is WAY more expensive).

No- That is pretty accurate. At that time, there were about 16-20 girls working on any given weekend; mostly white girls. Some black, and at that time, there was only one asian. The description is on point. Chloe was fun when drunk. It was and is a handsy club. Not every good review is an advertisement.
