I would definitely say that the Boom Boom room has a fair bit of black talent compared to most PDX SCs, and if that's your thing, check this place out. I concur with everything else said, except for how dead it is. In my four visits, it's usually had between 4-8 guys at the rack or the bar, with at least 6+ poker players there too.
