A second visit here, and yeah it feels like something is off. The regularity of the talent seems off. Yes, I got great dances & attention from one of my top 2 all time, faves. And yes, I got great dances from a new found Honduran (spinner no less). So I had a great BTD time, but something does feel off.

OK, so I returned on Friday afternoon, and while there were more girls & more customers, the talent level seemed somewhat down from what I saw the week before. After a while my eyes adjusted to the room & found some talent. Got dances from three different dancers, 1 high mileage (not Cuban), the other two just OK (Both Cubanas) overly punctuated with sales pitches for the room. The lapdance room looks like it has hastily put together, and the dividers seem flimsy, and a couple of times it felt like the dancer was going to knock them over. The dance counter outside loudly tells you when a new song starts, so that's cool. Also the girls have to like sign a receipt with the dance counter afterwards, so that's weird. The first one, is probably worth cultivating something with, but again overall the club is just not interesting in terms of talent. So when I'm in the mood for some afternoon clubbing & I'm in the pompano area, not much to make me come here as opposed to DDolls

Good review. I've always been interested in what I've heard about the dancers here, but as a younger non-white guy, it always seems like i would get ignored here.
Thus I go where I'm wanted.

I've written about this before. Because the club can get so crowded, where you sit can affect your experience. Sit where you & the girls can access each other. Difficult when crowded.

The tip walk here is the WORST out of any club that I've seen in Miami (well maybe BT's South Miami is a little worse). I call it the booty tax. You really have to like the girls here to put up with it.
Unfortunately for me, I really like the girls at this club. A Lot. So that expensive booty tax is just the cost to pay for the uniqueness behind those doors at the Trap.

Yeah PC there are three different types of sales pitches for the rooms.
1. Where she is standoffish & just talking to you, essentially saying nothing good happens until you get to the room.
2. A verbal sales pitch just mentioned during the dance, where the option is presented but doesn't add or detract from the dance.
3. Where the room is sold heavily, in both a verbal & physical a way that enhances the dance. These are the best sales pitches in my opinion, and these are the ones where I almost have slipped up.
Frankly, if you give a person a shitty dance, why would one trust you on the larger investment of a room? Not all girls at Tootsies get that.

Good review. I agree those middle seats at the main bar are terrible. Where you sit usually effects your experience, and I'll often move to upgrade my seat as space opens up

@Fuzzydog. Nah, I know what goes down. But having grown up around & seen enough shit I know how to handle myself. That skill, plus a need for fat asses, will make a man do some crazy things. But No booty, just danger, means I dont ever have to come back to this club again

@PC - The visit was this past Friday, not Memorial Day. Custies were not all AAs, but even the Latin customers seemed as if they were auditioning for a Rick Ross video. The door guy came up to me as I was across the street on the grass for the 5.00 parking. At least at Booby Trap Doral, they can get away with fleecing you, porque los tienen a cornucopia of sexy fat asses behind those magic doors, and a PL knows this.
No tip walk though, which is a shift towards a Black club style operation
