Ah, no, it does not mean that.
A look at the graph indicates it hasn't bottomed out. It's still on the downward trend.
Economic leading indicators such as durable goods, materials (steel, concrete...etc) are all down.
Real wages are down while personal debt is up.
So, who is supposed to be buying these houses while prices are up, but real wages and disposable income is down?
A large percentage of housing is bought by real estate investors, not average folk. These investors buy low, put a few K into rehab, and rent to section 8.

Exactly. I recently visited a club I wrote off 2 years ago based on a couple reviews about a certain stripper. Turned out she wasn't my type. The reviews made it seem like she was Halley Berry, but for me she was Buckwheat.
I agree that the club review should not suffer due to the actions of a ROB, but when you have a negative experience it does color your judgement on the whole.

Even more annoying if I were to get the air dance and some one else gets the BJ, but such is life. Just move on. Just as I don't care for some girls or type, strippers are the same.
Recently went to a place with a fairly new stripper and she is only 20 yrs old. She was pretty cute, but she wasn't making much at the stage because the place is kind of a dump. She also wasn't doing private dances for anyone and treated everyone over 25 like they had the plague. It sucks, but at the same time I don't want to waste my money on someone that's not going to give me a good dance. She wasn't busy between stage time, but wouldn't talk to anyone over 25. Very strange that she ignored the older, better-dressed ones with the money. I guess she's just not broken in yet.
