I get the 300 room and tip 50 afterwards. I avoid the girls that talk up the 400 dollar room. If they start talking about differentiating services based on the room, I differentiate with a different girl. For 300 the girl gets 150. I've almost always gotten full service there when I did a room. The times I didn't, I got a lot more than a handjob. Some girls try to string you along without getting dirty. I will usually just wait for the 2 for 1 dance and get topless. If it goes well, I get a room. You can tell from the cheap dance if things will go well. The bouncers are funny in that if you get the cheap dance and no one else is there, they will come in and flash a light at you, leave, and then turn the lights down low. They control how much a dancer makes with dances strictly. I’ve had dancers upgrade me without saying anything too. A girl tried to give me a blow job on the left side during a 2 for 1 special, but I declined because the price would have been 100 instead of 50 when it came time to pay. Once I know extras are on the table vip is better. Pay a set amount up front and make sure any tip is based on performance. Don’t go over 50 for that tip either.

As far as paying the fee... I’m a teacher and generally just write a decent review near the holidays and the beginning of summer. I suspect club owners do the same to advertise and see what is being said. Some mongers might even diss a club that offers extras because we want to keep Leo away. You can get a lot more for just the price to VIP. The problem is that the girls will automatically scam for more. As long as I can do whatever I want for the price of VIP it isn't that bad. It depends on the number of customers I think. Once there are say 10 or more it seems like every 30 minutes. I also think the dancers have the option of requesting it. One girl I told I was waiting for the special offered to have the dj call it.
