Know when to fold

I stopped by on my way home from work. In all honesty I was just thinking about one of the dancers named Anastasia. I was disappointed to see that she was not there. I thought what the heck and paid my cover anyway. Things were very slow there. Hardly any customers and the stage dances were just going through the motions as nobody was really tipping.

I hung out for a while and turned down two "wanna dance" sale pitches. Maybe everyone thought I wasn't there to spend money because the rest just kinda did there own thing or sat down to eat. Blackjacks seems to me to have periods where day shift is hot and fun and then hit a lull where nobody seems to want to be there. I keep thinking that this place would do better if they ran different specials or deals.

Anyway it's worth checking out if you are willing to call it a day early and save money for better talent on a different day.
