Nice review, thanks. I used to go here about 30 years ago when it was a different name, topless w/alcohol. This place and "Star and Garter" were two sleazy favorites. However, with Tijuana so close I can't imagine wasting money in a "look but don't touch" environment anymore.

Personally, I have been shaken down by TJ police on Calle primero late at night. Can't imagine staying at hotel Valerio when Rizo de Oro is right in the middle of the action and safe , clean and better quality.

The video is a couple years old. I was there last week and the girls were better and the 2 rooms I had in Hotel Cascadas were nicer and had A/C. The girl I had was great (I used to spend alot of time in TJ 20 years ago and the quality of talent and the GFE performance is better than any I remember)I am getting a passport card so I can get back across the border faster but that is my only complaint. I bought a Hong Kong VIP pass and think it's a good deal. Half price hotel on Monday and Tuesday, thats $22.50 for all night! My new years resolution is to spend alot more time in TJ.
