    Cuban strippers?
I've visited two clubs earlier this year which are staffed overwhelmingly by Cubanas - Chica Locas in Houston and Baby Dolls in Dallas. I'll confirm that they're not conversational to English speakers, often not even the slightest effort. For example, at Baby Dolls we reached the lap dance area halfway through a song, so we were waiting for the next song and she was busy on her mobile device rather than attempting to talk to me. The girls at Baby Dolls were willing to use their hand in the equipment area (rubbing over pants) for standard lapdance price. I didn't get any extra mileage at Chica Locas. I avoid those clubs now so avoid the Cubanas.

    Multiple visits, Ok all visits
Fixing the text editing error in paragraph 1: She quickly pulled the sides of her panties down to the point where you could get a very fleeting glimpse of the nether-region, and I took that as an invitation to move my hands into that area. But no, my hand was immediately swatted away. Since there was good touch action everywhere else, I still got good mileage on the dances.

    Multiple visits, Ok all visits
Disclosure: I'm a noob reviewer and I wasn't aware of the review standard operating procedure. Ok, here's a little more info for Barnaeight and rugrat. While at my table a 30-something latina sat in the empty seat next to me. She really wasn't my type, so I was not very responsive. But she did not leave. However, after talking to her for a few songs I realized I liked her personality and was very comfortable with her. So when she asked if I wanted a dance, I said yes. She was a very athletic and active dancer, moving around and gyrating really fast - really too fast for maximum enjoyment. But there was plenty of hands-on action, so I was satisfied. She quickly pulled the sides of her panties down to the point where you could get a very fleeting glimpse of the nether-region, and I took that as an invitation to touch action everywhere else, I still got good mileage on the dances. Another visit a very attractive 20-something white girl was on duty and came to talk to me. She was smart and articulate, with good general knowledge for sophisticated conversation. Said she was a college student, and I think it was true. She was very feely, which I liked, and talked to me for a long time. When it came for dances, I verified if it was $20 and she said no, her dances are $30. I don't know if she would have mentioned if I had not asked. The dances had good value, but I did not try to any touch action in the panties area since she was such a nice girl. As I mentioned, some girls were slow to take no for an answer for company or dances, even when I told them I spent all my spending money. They often pushed for only one dance. What the heck, for $20 it was usually worth it to screen the girl, so I did a few one-and-dones. All were good mileage, but I didn't press for anything above and beyond normal duty. (For one dance, that would be poor etiquette.)

Looks like TUSCL's Discussion Forum Has Declined Along With The Decline In Strip
As for the decline of strip clubs, here in Houston the cost has declined relative to inflation, and the quality of dancers has also declined, and the overall SC scene has declined to meet today's economics. In Houston, lap dance prices have been constant at $20 since the early 1990s (or even before, when I was too young to go to SCs). The consumer price index has doubled since 1990. So the price of a lap dance has been cut in half. Even better for consumers, the quality of lap dances is much better with plenty of hands-on action, whereas those 1990s lap dances where mostly hands off. Of course, the world wide web had minimal content in the 1990s, so the main options were magazines and SCs, so guys were willing to pay the premium. I recall that most of the girls at the Colorado in Houston in the early 1990s looked like they came straight from the Victoria's Secret runway, and they were overwhelmingly white. The money for the dancers must have been really good, and the result was very high quality, model-quality dancers. Fast forward to 2019, and the cost per lap dance is much less and they need to be OK with all the hands-on action. Of course some hard-working dancers can still do very well at today's rates, but I'm thinking that being a dancer on average pays a lot less than 25-30 years ago. It's a different market now, less costly for the customers but less rewarding for the girls, so the scene has adjusted accordingly, with lower-quality girls and lower-quality customers.
