Is it just me, or are Midwestern clubs a little stuffy? Has anyone had any success in finding mileage or OTC at any clubs in the Chicago area?

Any clubs in the Madison area that are known for contact in Champagne room? Maybe mileage or OTC? No, I am not LE, I just would like suggestion before I waste money.

I would like to see a separate list that identifies those clubs where there is more mileage available.
