The most unusual for me has to be the one I went to in Hamburg, Germany back in the 80s. I don't remember the name of the club, but it was right across the street from The Cave, where The Beatles got their start, about a block off the Rëperbahn.
It cost 45 DM to get in, which was about $25 back then. There was a big circular stage that rotated in the center and there were chairs all around it. For about 45 minutes, different people would come out on stage and have sex with each other. There were all sorts of combinations, girl-girl, three-way, solo, etc. No cumshots though.
