    I usually tip, if the 'no' is interpreted liberally :-). There are many shades of 'no'. From 'ehh', to 'I'm not supposed to do that', over 'the club does not allow', to the pertty clear ones. For me, it's all about 'treat the ladies well', so you will be treated well.
