I've had to insist on the cover on more than a few occasions. It's so fucking tempting but the odds aren't as favorable as I'd like. "Let's go down to the Walgreens for an HIV test and tell me about your birth control habits" is not a request I've made. I've got enough troubles as it is.

The most common crime in this neighborhood is tax fraud. More seriously, 15th St can be rough because there is a lot of unlicensed pharma sales on the street corners at night -- but only because there are a lot of club goers in the area, too.

I've been in that parking lot and in those bathrooms and neither is as bad as described. Sure, the bathroom isn't any place you'd want to take your mom but it's reasonable for stripclub bathroom -- at least those without a troll dishing mints and aftershave for tips.
