Banner outside says no cover and free lunch from 11am to 7 pm Monday to Friday. Cover was $9 on Wednesday PM. I had a Dos XX beer for $3 around 10pm, and they said it was still happy hour. Lap dances were $25 downstairs and $30 upstairs. Not sure about the weekend cover.
