Envy

I stop in here regularly. Normally I like it - during the day it's quiet, the staff are friendly and you can chill with a drink and a nice conversation and have a pretty good private dance.

Lately it seems they've got some staff issues - last few times there were...

Envy is a dive bar that technically has dancers. But you rarely see any stage dancing. Plus, most girls don't wear the required pasties, so they never take off their tops when they do.

This is a locals type of place where the most popular person is always the bartender....

I had about an hour to kill at 5:30pm on a Thursday before going to a movie, so I stopped into Envy since it was close and it had been a few years since I'd been there.

So I have grown tired of the usual spots and had an urge for something/someone different. Tried another spot that I like during the day, but turns out night shift isn't for me. But that's a different review.

So the management here is working hard to improve this local dive. Beers...
