I got here king of late on a Friday night. I knew it was going to be crowded and because it was their Holiday party- it was even busier than usual. There were tons of dudes and even though there were 25 or so girls- it looked like sausage fest. This is, however, still one of my favorite clubs because of the VHM dances and the overall talent. The talent tonight I thought was especially good with mostly 6-7's with a handful of 8+. I ended up getting dances from a very attractive brunette with really nice naturals. She told me this was like her 2nd week dancing which typically means that her dances will be lame. But I went against my better judgement, and sure enough- got a couple of lame dances. Because we arrived at the club late, I didnt have time to get any other dances. My other friends fared much better and got your typical VHM dance. As you know, mileage is always girl-dependent, and because of the crowd and time crunch, I left unsatified. But hey, I've had so many good times here, I'm not going to let one bad visit detract from this club.

This is a very nice club. I have driven by it many times on eight mile on the way to tigrrs games. This was the first time i ever stopped by just this last week. The valet cost $7.00 which was not too bad. They were very fast and professional. They had electric heaters going, so it was nice and warm walking in. Upon entering, the bouncer will ask you where you would like to sit. A booth will cost $20 and you can sit at a table or bar for free. I chose a booth on first floor. It was very nice and plush. I found the drinks to be a little pricey. $8.00 for soft drinks and $10.00 for a heinecken. The waitress professional but not extremely friendly. I tipped her well, 3 bucks everytime i got a drink. I toldnher it was my first time in the club. There were about 15 dancers present. 4 or 5 were exremely hot girl next door types. They typically wouldnt give the time of day probably because i don't look like a tycoon. But the rest of the dancers were extremely friendly and not pushy at all. They didnt force me to buy them drinks or push too hard for a dance. I did not want a private dance because i was low on cash. They cost $25 per song which is a little steep. I stayed for about an hour and had a good time. I think this is a real nice club and great for people with lots of disposable income. I wont hesitate to go back and wpuld recomend it to you.

This club has gone downhill quite a bit. The bouncers and the girls at the reception were nice, but the quality of dancers was very poor. I was visiting after a gap of 8 - 10 months. Nothing else has changed. Valet was 7, no cover for daytime, 8.50 for a non alcolholic beer, tipped the curtain guy upstairs between 5 to 10 each time I went up with a dancer, yet none of the dancers on the floor or those I went up with would have been my first choice. They were either old and skinny with fake boobs, or just old with fake boobs. I don't think there were any dancers in their 20s - all 30 and above!! Maybe the day shift is like that. A new experience for me was that a woman, probably late 30s or early 40s approached me offering a massage. She was not a dancer and she was wearing regular casual clothes; not stripper attire. I declined, but wonder if anybody has tried getting a massage there. I also wonder if she was a cop and it was some sort of entrapment.

There were a couple 8-9's there this particular afternoon. Right away a young thin brunette came to chat me up. She was no rush or anything and decent conversation. We talked for a while until she went on stage, after we went upstairs and had a great handful of songs. No extras offered but none needed, I enjoyed that she was in no hurry, she didn't even count the songs. I think she was enjoying her time almost as much as I was, at least she was pretending to, which is what we all like right? I will go back to see her again!

This is the swankiest club in Detroit Metro area. Despite being on the run down part of Metro area (as most of these clubs are), i.e., 8 mile road, once get into the parking area and the hand over the keys to valet, you suddenly feel that you are in a different part of the town. The set up is not too different than a regular club but the good thing is that it is well-lit inside. Every time I have been in there it seems that everybody including the dancers and the guest, all are up-beat. It just may be a contagious feeling but I always feel better in this club than at other clubs in Detroit area. There are elevators that take you up to the curtained rooms upstairs. You may be solicited by the dancer even in the elevator for a "full service" which was pricier from my standards. The dances were full contact and if you are gentle in your touch and gentlemanly in your attitude and attire then I think most of the girls will allow you to touch anywhere. But that I think may be my personal experience only. Couple of girls in the club are just drop dead gorgeous. Most of them are young, well kept, very few seemed to have implants. This club is on top of the list of 3 clubs that I like to hang out.

I was at the Penthouse Club on Saturday November 12th from around 5pm to 12am. I did not pay a cover but I did have the valet park my car $7 + tip upon leaving. My sprite was about $8 dollars. The Penthouse Club is a topless bar with full alcohol. The dances are topless with two way contact or better for $25 and up. This was my third visit with both the day shift and night shift and my second Saturday visit. The talent level was best on my first visit which was a Thursday. With three visits since July, I am surprised at how few girls I remember from each visit though I do have a favorite girl now. The Penthouse Club is a well lit, very nice looking club. There is a bar just as you get inside the club and a smaller bar area where smoking is allowed upstairs. The stage is surrounded by small tables with two chairs each and on one side of the stage there are some three person tables. VIP booths are on a raised area away from the main stage that cost ~$20 to sit in. The lap dance booths are curtained VIP sections with couches upstairs and there is an elevator. The Penthouse Club is on the notorious 8 mile road in Detroit. This inner city location that was trouble free for me and the M-39 construction is now complete so it is easier to get to the club from downtown and the south end of Detroit. The bouncers at the Penthouse club were friendly and mostly hidden. This visit the waitresses and bartenders were very accessible and I had no trouble getting a drink. The crowd was thin all night but the waitresses and shot girls were not extra pushy to make up the difference which was nice. The dancers at the Penthouse Club were slightly less friendly than my July visit and there were around 10 girls for the day shift and 20 girls for the night shift. The girls do two dances on the main stage, one dance on each of the side stages and one dance on the bar. At the bar is the best place to get a dance if the dancer hasn’t already promised to dance for another customer. I tipped dancers at the rail and did not have any trouble getting dances at the Penthouse Club. Now that I have a favorite, I have a slightly lower rating for all the other dancers. Sorry I can’t be more object I am partially blind until she dumps me. That said there are some pretty girls each time I visit but I have been less impressed with the talent as the weather has turned colder. Also I usually can recognize the pretty girls each time I visit and to me I see at least 80% different girls even on the same night of the week six weeks apart. The dances I got at the Penthouse Club were topless with two way contact or better. The lap dances are $25 per song. I did tip the bouncer $10 each time but this time it was not suggested by every dancer and I paid no additional fees except what I negotiated with the dancer. This PL visit to Detroit comes only two weeks after my visit to Central Florida. For the clubs I have visited Mons Venus has by a good distance the best talent. The Penthouse is quite a step down in talent from Mons it has to be the club and value the keep it high on my list. The Penthouse club ain’t cheap so it must be the fully curtained lap dance rooms. Yep that’s it. I gave the club a 10 for the physical club rating because of the curtained lap dance areas with small couches. From a lap dance perspective this is the perfect environment deserving the 10 rating. For the dancer rating I gave the Penthouse club a 9 due to lower quality but very high mileage. The Penthouse would be an 8 if it did not have the better dancers. For a value rating I gave an 8 because the dances are not cheap but a lot of mileage is available with a number of the girls. So I found myself in detroit again - its because of my 18 year old sugar babe, the penthouse club and my clients in that order. This time I didnt prearrange a meet with my SB but just arrived and drove to the PH - entered at 445 pm. took a small perky breasted puffy nippled white babe in for some "dances" - all she would do was a covered bj for 2 - i agreed and unfortunately a very bad experience - she refused to let me touch her boobs (sensitive) while she was blowing me - WTF!! - didnt complete next bad experience - a siliconed hot blonde - twice dinged me - she wanted me to tip her $100 on the pole!! (I didnt) - then promised she would come see me but didnt I left the ph and tried to arrange a meet with my SB or with another PH dancer OTC - neither worked came back to PH at about 1115 pm - saw this amazing bodied brunette from Louisiana - had seen her earlier but had rejected her due her buck teeth and extra long schnoz - she looked good with perfect natural boobs and amazing ass dancing on bar with neon colored thongs barely covering her twat - took her upstairs - got one of the larger rooms in the back - she bareback blew and fucked me for 3 - amazing end

An oasis on 8 Mile. Mandatory valet unless you want to street park... wouldn't recommend. Definitely positioning as high class joint with usual valet, cover and expensive drinks along with charge to be seated anywhere other than bar. Drink prices ridiculous for Detroit. $11.25 + tip for Red Bull and $18.25+tax for Red Bull and vodka. Sat at bar to check place out and dancer, pretty slow that night - maybe 15 customers and about as many dancers. Many appeared to be seated with their regulars at booths -- only left for their set then immediately returned afterwards. Few dancers were circulating - maybe because was end of day shift right before start of evening. Dancers 6-8 in quality - many younger non-enhanced. Mostly white. All where evening gowns - might be 'sophisticated' but personally prefer more revealing clothes. Had a dancer glom on pretty quickly and she just wouldn't leave. Few were making rounds so while annoying probably didn't really interfere with anything anyway. Finally agreed to dance to get rid of her. It was okay but she really wasn't my type and wouldn't take the subtle, not so subtle hints. She was one of the 6s so probably the way she makes her coin. Dances happen upstairs- appear to be couple of different types of areas. Bouncers present to let in but disappeared once got their tip. All in all expensive club for Detroit but is nice, safe place and probably good time to be had if the dancers would move from texting while sitting in booths with regulars. Maybe was just when I happened to go.

This is a very nice club, the food is the best I have had at a strip club. The waitresses are very friendly but the drinks are somewhat expensive, but not not outrageous. They have a nice mix of girls, only a couple of heavier gals, but if that's your thing, go at it because they're not ugly, just chunky. There are usually 5 pole dancers on busy nights but last night only 3 were used. It's pretty much a local croud and you can smoke upstairs in their cigar lounge. Sometimes you can hang out with a dancer up there, but the action is better downstairs. The music is dance/pop which ok. There were a couple of amazing girls but you're gonna have to wait your turn, because they are in high demand. If you are a regular you will be taken care of by bouncers, wait staff and the dancers. Nice spot, highly recommend.

This visit just confirms my prior recent experiences at PHC. As one review put it, the club does has a "mercinary" feel and the fantasy factor is all but dead. Only one decent dancer, a full bodied brunette who actually sat down with me to have dialog about the "hard" topics like politics, etc... Most just wanna get you in and out of the VIP with enough time to suck your wallet dry with no attempts whatsoever to flirt or tease as well. It seems like there is a huge turnover here from month to month and plenty of young women that have no clue about the art of seduction. The ladies gotta learn that this is Disney World for adult males and it's the whole experience that counts. Alan should take note of this trend. It should be an art and not an assembly line. Otherwise you can go to bogies for that.

I was in Detroit on business so I decided to stop by the Penthouse Club. I arrived about 6 pm and was pleasantly surprised at the free cover and valet. Drink prices were cheap as well, with $2 domestics. The atmosphere is really nice. On the bottom floor there is one long stage with two poles. They typically had 2 dancers at a time, with the exception of a special happy birthday song to a female patron. The dancers were extremely friendly, and I carried on some lengthy conversations with a number of them. They weren't too pushy about dances, but once it came up and I declined, they were quick to move on. The majority of the girls looked great, and although I didn't get a dance, it seemed like the rules were quite loose.
