Club T-zers has been closed since the imposition of Covid-19 closures in March, 2020. It has now deteriorated into gross disrepair. Since Peter Barth sold Studio 4 to developers, he has decided to not open his sister club, T-zers. Apparently, it will be home to a regular bar, but for months now, nothing has been done on the property.
thebrusT-zers has not opened since the end of the Covid scare. Peter Barth also owned this place, in addition to Studio 4. Peter, an octogenarian, sold Studio 4 and also closed T-zers. Whereas Studio 4 was razed and the property prepared for development, T-zers remains closed, boarded up and deteriorating. Nobody has done anything with this place for over three years.
