From talking to a producer at another site, I understand it costs 10-15k to make a porn movie nowadays. The trouble is, recouping your costs. You have to have some kind of hook to get people interested in a certain title, then you have the problem of the net. The minute you release it, some guy is uploading it to the net so that others can watch it for free.
