As of a visit this week, Kittens now requires prepayment at the manager station for BOTH the dancer's negotiated fee and the room fee.
Manager cashes out the dancer after room service. Manager said this was new, in part I assume to protect the dancer from getting stiffed. Dancer only tells the manager their fee for the dance, not other details obviously.
They said it applies to all dancers and customers. Or maybe they just thought I looked sketchy and needed this special arrangement! I've run into this policy at other clubs in other cities but a first at Kittens.
Not sure how I feel about it. One upside, no fishing for and counting cash when times up.

It's sad that a few customers have stiffed the girls and the club. But I can kind of understand it to pre-pay for the room.

Confirmed new club policy at Kittens as of last week...all room dances (house + negotiated dancer fee) prepaid at manager station. We'll see how long it lasts

I have never prepaid and gotten a good dance. The two are mutually exclusive.

@loper yeah this is risky now. I’m glad I have a few regulars that I can visit but might just start doing OtC.
It’s unknown how much grief the girls get when say trying to book a 30min room close to the 15min room minimum cost.
I wouldn't prepay, it's a bad idea.
