I had a fav who had danced at an extras club, at the same time as her sister danced there. She said that, when some customers found out they were sisters, they wanted to do a VIP with both of them at the same time. She said her and her sister thought it was morbid and cringe, but money's money, so they got used to it. Her and her sister wouldn't do anything with each other. They were immigrant Latinas, so I don't know if that means they were less averse to it than US-born women typically would be. Or if all the hard experiences before they were in the US made it seem not a big deal by comparison.
I've never done a three-way VIP just out of cheapness. If I like two dancers, I'd rather do VIPs with them one after the other. But the idea of doing it with blood relatives is a turn-off rather than turn-on. Even if I was offered a two-for-one sisters special, it doesn't seem conducive to good mental health for anyone involved.
Some chance she was making it up, as she loved punking me. But I could usually tell when she was just having me on.
