I have noticed here in Indiana a decline in strip club business coinciding with a decline in business for nearby restaurant chains serving family style meals like IHOP, Dennys, Cracker Barrel, Perkins, Bob Evans, Waffle House, Shoneys, Huddle House etc. Both types of businesses attract much of their business from people who may not be rich but have some disposable income. When these type of restaurants disappear in an area, leaving only really cheap fast food restaurants, it is a bad sign for strip clubs. Do you see this too or am I wrong on this?

A bad economy cuts both ways in the strip club industry. Certain clubs will suffer a decline of visits and spending, but others will benefit from a larger pool of hot women seeking to make ends meet.
Speaking of the pandemic, yes it was devastating for the entire strip club industry. Many of the hottest women went to OnlyFans where they could set their own work schedules, do easier work, and earn way more money. Many of the strip clubs replaced these girls with second and third tier women in terms of appearance. The impact in Florida has been particularly negative.

The pandemic was brutal here, even withOUT the threats of arrest for having a family gatherings at one's own house.
