Note to Management: Post Your Dayshift Lineup

✅ ' Some clubs have open walk in discretion schedules, the girls can come & go as they want coz it's hard to depend on every dancer & the stripper shortages. Not sure if Pandora's is that way or not. If it's a high turn over rate, it may not be a good idea. There isn't a consistency of names I see anywhere, mi club has no consistency & I see girls come in for a lil' while & go, leading me to believe the open free schedule. They don't post stripper schedules at mi sc either. Mi club is a big chain sc, so it could work different than yours!

They wonder why biz is slow

Pandora does not have a walk-in, discretionary schedule. All the dancers are essentially independent contractors, their days and times are scheduled in advance. You’re not a complainer no shows, being late or leaving early and they get threatened with fines. Dancers even had to call in sick after they’re not coming in for their normally scheduled shift.
The club has been somewhat lenient, especially after it reopened but things have tightened up.
