Where Should I move?

I love in the Beautiful State of Washington.

I have a home in the city and anothe cabin on the water outside the city.

The State just passed a income tax. If allowed by the state supreme courts ruling it will tax at 9.9% over a million. Yet everyone knows, once allowed they will start taxing everyone.

So this state that has grown because we don't have an income tax is now going to recede.

$2.2 billion $ has left King County (Seattle,) in the last year. While home prices are up around the US in metro cities, Seattle is down 3.4% in the last year.

So. Where should I reside for 6.2 months of the year? Texas, Florida, Tenn.? Shoot me some ideas.

I am not against income taxes. I just don't want to get raped.
