These are about 15 years old now, two English guys had a comedy series called Little Britain USA. Matt Lucas and David Walliams are in all and play different characters The 'woman' in the first clip is Matt Lucas, he plays the inquisitive businessman in the second clip. There's a load of clips if you like it.
Definitely wouldn't get aired now.
I watched that show back in the day. Comedy Central channel maybe? Crazy show.
