Ratios

Stripper to Customer. What has it been it the clubs around you? Is there a perfect balance, are there times when it's just too much one way or the other.

Not too go all Jan and Dean on you but I think 2 girls for every boy is about right.

I fucking hate being the only customer in the club. I like being under the radar, you turn into the star of the show. Well the star just left the building.

There's been a few spots recently, Boardroom was like this, where there's just too many dudes, I am not doing that, shit gets weird and territorial, waiting LINES for some chick, it's time check out the club on the other side town.

Some customers are largely there just to drink so a one to one ratio of strippers to customers works fine. Too many girls results in too much unwanted attention from the less attractive ones. I also like variety. When I discussed that with a strip club manager one time, she said they are largely limited to whoever walks in the door and applies so can't always offer the variety customers might like.

1:1 is probably the best ratio. Too many customers and the strippers start to get big heads. Too many strippers and half decide it's not worth the effort.

5 dancers to 1 gentleman

Too many dancers can mean will hire anyone. Honestly I prefer different clubs to have a type over diverse clubs. There ideally should be plenty of clubs to serve different market segments rather than few trying to serve all.

1-1.5 dancers:1 PL.
Too many dancers makes it harder to get rid of the ones I don't want. More than 1.5:1 means sorting through too many. Less than 1:1 makes getting the attention of the dancers I want more difficult. Being the only PL in the club almost always sucks.

Yup somewhere between 1-2 dancers to 1 PL is the sweet spot. More dancers and you'll be turning away more than you want to. Less dancers and you'll be working a little more for attention. Though, the more PL that swarm in at night doesn't always mean more competition. A lot of these dudes come in for a cheap show.

I’m fine being the only customer in the club. The higher the ratio (w:m) the better

My club experience looks this way. A club has 50 dancers and 25 customers; that's 2:1. Of the 50 dancers, 20% or 10 are undesirable to any of the customers and should be looking for a new line of work. That leaves 40 dancers. Applying the Pareto Principle, 80% of the dances come from 20% of the dancers. If every customer gets 2 dances with a VIP, that's 50 dances in total and 80% or 40 dances come from 20% or 8 dancers. These 8 dancers are busy all night while the remaining 32 dancers share in the remaining 20 dances and some will go home without selling any dances. The ratio needs to be much greater than 2:1 to have a chance at the very desirable dancers.

I don't know that I give a shit anymore what the ratio is. If there's "too many" (and I'm not sure I've ever seen that), I know how to say "no" to the ones I don't want to talk to. If there's not enough, I know how to attract the attention of the one(s) I want. If I fail, oh well.

I like fatdan's logic. I can find other things to do than mine diamonds in the rough. Nowadays, at least for me, talent is inconsistent. I like variety. So, when I'm in town, I start in a different place everyday and this ration let's me bounce more efficiently.

3 girls to 1 guy.....enough to increase likelihood of finding an available girl that you like, while also creating a bit of competitiveness among girls. Of course, at this ratio, some girls get frustrated with the lack of success, creating a bit of grumpiness among them as they don't make money.
