The danger of AIDS for a straight man is often over emphasized. Not absent, but not as certain as some people would like you to think. Plus, I get tested regularly. Many sex workers get tested regularly as well.

The chance of a woman getting pregnant from me is as close to zero as it can be. My sperm count has been zero for a long time now.

But people do it because a lot of guys probably fall in love with the sex workers and trust them. Although i do think a lot of sex workers out there, are very strict about who they do BBFS with. But theres also a lot who just do it with anybody who visually looks clean for an extra tip.

The sex workers with boyfriend pimps will pretty much never go bare with any client. Too much risk involved and their partner would probably beat them. Theres pornstars and other indy sex workers who will go bare with people but will require recent test results- the same test results they use for pornstars themselves. And they may also ask for an additional tip on top of the test results.

Then theres a bunch of asian agency and listcrawler ladies who will just go bare with anyone who looks clean, no test results needed.

The risk is in whether she actually is only going bare with you, or is only pretending that she is only going bare with you and running the same game on a bunch of clients

@mogul1985 the other thing is if these chicks think your ric, i think they would be tempted to get pregnant on purpose for the child support alone. And im not implying its a woman thing, pretty much anyone, if they thought they could get an easy 5k a month or even more for 18 years, would take that deal.
