OuterSpace is generally running by 8pm or so, but I've seen it having activity earlier than that on occasion; depends how many guys and girls are in the building. As a neighborhood club, it doesn't really keep standard hours..:mostly just as they please.
As far as not fucking with the downstairs girls...do you realize many rotate between floors?
