My point is that Trump doesn't follow the "rules" of the establishment, which means he creates a lot of uncertainty to the markets.

I've been a fan of Trump's since way before he got in politics. He's been saying the same things for at least 30 years. We're getting ripped off on trade, we should put America first, etc. Trump has a profound understanding of world power dynamics. Except for the pandemic shutdown and payments - policy passed by the democrat party congress- Obama and Biden are the two president's who ran up inflation and destroyed our individual and national wealth through Quantitative Easing ie printing more money. However, each dollar has less value, can buy fewer goods, pay fewer hours of labor, or less cushion to your savings account. This is why Obama's economy was so anemic and pathetically weak. The caveat is that, when you see the value of your brokerage account, or your house on Zillow, that assumes that there will be people able to buy those assets when you want to sell them.
