@sfrsox there is no HIV risk. The sex workers offering BBFS are likely to be taking Prep, vaccinated for hpv, taking antibiotics all the time etc. unless its a desperate or careless crackhoe sort of girl, HIV is basically a non factor. Even herpes isnt a risk as long as your smart enough to not bang someone with visible sores.

Believe it or not, some people are genetically much less likely to get STD's. Some northern Europeans carry a gene where it is nearly impossible to contract HIV.

Always take 2 condoms in case the first one breaks. Or in case you're extra horny and decide to go for a second round. Never assume that she will have condoms.

I don’t do it although I’ve had a vasectomy and take PREP. I’m also not married. Sometimes it’s tempting because the worst outcomes are taken out of the equation.

I do know that if I hadn’t covered up something probably would have gone wrong over the years. I actually had a favorite of mine say she had an IUD and couldn’t get pregnant. I covered up any way. She accidentally got pregnant twice over the years. In some of these clubs if not covering up was the norm STDs would run rampant. If they’ll do it with you they’ll do it with others and those others won’t just do it with her.

PREP is generic niow and if you have insurance very cheap. It’s not a big deal to take.

The advice to be careful is correct. You want to be clean when you do find the right one and bringing something to your girlfriends or wives can be tragic.
