Oh yeah, I picked up on that some of the bartenders used to be dancers, sometimes even if you don't have first hand knowledge of that, there is a vibe you can pick up on, or just that they are so comfortable in the environment, etc.

This bartender in question, I was going to ask her if she had previously worked as a dancer before, but after the night I mentioned in the original post, there was the answer.

In some clubs, LDs with a bartender is officially an option that's officially available, even if they don't tout it. It's typically significantly more expensive than a regular dancer. No reason not to ask the bartender in question if she does dances, and see where it leads.

To continue, the idea of banging a strip club bartender has been grossly unrealistic for one of two reasons: 1) Male bartending staff, or 2) Old lady bartending staff. An ungodly number of clubs have one of those.

I've never seen a male bartender working at any of the strip clubs I've been to.

In someways, a male bartender could be a slight hinderence, or a lady bartender becomes the smart business move.

The strip club is a sexually charged environment. A customer could also get turned on and horny for a bartender.

As for old lady bartenders, what age range classifies as old lady?

The bartender in question is in her late 40s. Noticing I was checking her tits out she said "Not bad for 48."

Everyone talks about stripclub bartenders like they are all exactly the same. Far from it. At one club I frequent, there is a hot and beautiful girl who makes a fortune, but won’t bare a nipple more do anything else. Then there is a manager who also bartends, and she sometimes will dance and give great mileage. A third bartender at this club used to be a dancer, sometimes dates customers, and may give it away for free.

Anything’s possible, but I always thought as one of the PLs at the bar of a strip club, the only pussy I’m gonna get is gonna cost me. I think any bartender worth a look is aware of that as well, so unless it’s a business transaction, it’s not likely.

as for OTC, some older strip club bartenders are, IMO, easier to pick up. they usually are former strippers with no other career choices.

in many of the clubs the bartenders will do lap dances. they may need to do it after their shift ends. Ask her.

the most recent bartender I met up with is now in a serious LTR. We still talk frequently. She knew from the dancers that I liked to take them out and paid for their time. I asked her if she was interested and she was.

In one club which has long since changed hands and permanently closed they had some dual and triple threat bartenders. One night they bartend. I'm not saying it's common for the industry as a whole, but I used to be a regular at two clubs, both now closed, where all the bartenders were men. I suspect it was friends of the manager/owner. I am not saying it's the best idea, just that it happens.

As for old lady bar staff, I meant 40+ and they don't dress in a provocative way.

It’s not uncommon for a bartender to be the hottest girl in the club. She may make more $ over the course of a night than an average dancer.

You need high level game....the level that allows you to regularly pull girls from regular bars. Plus, she gets hit on by many guys daily. So, while she's a person who also has needs, there is also a likelihood she treats the job as just that..a job...and has a man at home. Throw that out the window, though, if she uses bartending as a gateway to securing OTC opportunities.

I do not have a high level of game. I have little to no "game" at all.

I can effectively flirt and get positive responses, but as far as sealing the deal, that's just not happening for me.

I'm not the type to pull girls from a regular bar at all. That's just not me, don't think it ever will be.

One thing that might work in my favor is age. As I stated earlier in the thread, she's 48...and in a college town.
