If there's any chance it will soak through, you should stop the dance and pay her. If you don't, you may burn yourself in that club for the foreseeable future.
Some strippers are skeeved out just by the idea of LDKing. But the ones who feel that way always seem to have a lot of not-well-concealed hostility towards all customers. I take a pass on that, no matter how much I think they look hot.
If I like a club, I'll probably go several times a month. With the dancers I like at the club, I'll spend at least $100 for dances with each one. I generally only tip if the dances are under $20 per song. But, for me, hot GND and smoke show are pretty much the same. I don't have a narrow type. LDK is now quite rare for me. If I’m getting close, I slow down the dancer and just tell her she has me living right on the edge. This is usually good for a laugh, and they appreciate the warning. However, you do occasionally get that dancer that is on a mission to make you cum, and doesn’t want to accept defeat. In my experience, if LDK happens, they are aware of it and will adjust their position to avoid any leakage.
