It's at least 90% Mexicans, but that in itself is A LOT of ethnic variety. You will meet some Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and everyones favorite Cubans there as well. There are a few American women that come in from California mostly but they are rare in my 4 trips to TJ.

Only Mexicans. I was in Azul Restaurant and this waiter told me the reason why. I forget. This is why I miss Adelita. And this is why Scandallo is quickly catching up with HK. It's just Scandallo is 3x the plane ride away (9 1/2 hour flight vs a 3 1/2 hour flight to San Diego/Tijuana. There some different shades of Mexicans in HK

MEXICO is a huge ethnic diversity, just with Mexicans.

Hong Kong requires their employees and girls be Mexican citizens. maybe some of the other clubs and restaurants don't require that. and when i say Hong Kong, I mean HK, tropical bar, cascada hotel, rizo hotel, Azul restaurant, Senda Norte restaurant and Zona Shuttle.

you'd be surprised that there is no one typical ethnic type of Mexican citizen.

@jascoi why is that, did mexico have a lot of immigrant populations moving there over the years? Are there for instance european looking mexicans, African looking ones, asian looking and indian looking ones etc
