That's something that you need to discuss with the girl. I would imagine there's some. there's a constant change of girls there. over the years I have seen thousands in hong kong.
It's entirely possible that one of the meseros (waiters) may be able to find a willing partner for you. Don't hesitate to ask -- they've heard it all before. Many, if not most, of them speak English.
