Anyone know why minnow downvotes almost every review and article he adjudicates?
Not to mention almost every piece written is "AI" . Doesn't he realize that AI is a tally based on and imitates good writers?

So even assuming he's an automatic downvote, and I don't know that's the case, it's still means 4/6 upvotes otherwise gets approved, which is pretty lenient. And I've definitely been on the receiving end of the downvotes
@Hank and Muddy et al There is a big difference between a well thought out response AND Carpet bombing multiple informative reviews with the asinine responses so many of you have listed above. When you have most of the pillars of this community getting some of the same treatment and even worse, having one down vote, his, time after time on multiple reviews, it might be time to shine a light on the harm that that brings to the collective knowledge.
Theses reviews are all personal experiences, and knowledge, like the ladies is rated by the recipient, and who am I to say my 2 isn't your 10? . Case in point back when you could still read declined reviews, I often learned valuable info and wondered why it wasn't published.
On the other hand I have downvoted foreign language spam which has on occasion gotten through and that my fellow hobbyists is where his misplaced energy should be placed

I thought it was pretty great when Minnow went after the Seattle dancer doxxers, and they got riled up. I remember when mikeym was trolling him by making up stories about clubbing with him or something? Anyone who wants to tick off minnow should probably do so by being strange rather than angry.

Looks like I'm living rent-free in OP's head. Besides starting this thread, he's commented on my possible downvote in reviews that I didn't even adjudicate. He seems to have perma-butthurt over my (and 2 others) downvote on his article that barely got approved. Maybe you should step up your game before hitting "send".
"AI based on and imitating good writers" That is practically the definition of plagiarism (attempt to pass off a copy of another person's writing as one's own). I know that there has been a large uptick in submitted reviews since the advent of ChatGPT in late 2022. At least several seem so canned and unoriginal. Such reviews should not be conferred the same privileges as those (sinclair, EastCoaster, etc.) who have put much effort into writing an informative review.
IMO, a tuscl upvote isn't an entitlement, it must be earned. If this approach bothers you, tough shit. Hell, I defer adjudicating far more reviews than I downvote. The marginal reviews will just have to wait a bit longer for the requisite number of looks.

Since you have no idea who authors the missives you downvote I certainly don't take your comments personally. The pattern on multiple reviews I have looked at revolves around you sir as the common denominator 90% of the other downvotes on multiple articles is too random and does not mirror your pattern
