Probably is. I'm straight and consider myself to be progressive on social issues. And, if you asked me to patronize a club that wasn't tailored to cishet men, I wouldn't. And not because the idea of a trans or male stripper bothers me. Rather, it's just already a chore in the club to fend off the women I'm not interested, I wouldn't want to also be peppered by "wanna dance" from a cuban dude in a banana hammock.
In Springfield, Massachusetts, there used to be a club that had separate areas for male and female strippers. I think I heard it only has male strippers now. It would have advantages for a larger club to have separate areas for spinner, hourglass, BBW. Adding a sausage-fest area would not bother me (I just wouldn't bother with it). Having everyone in a single area would be a mediocre club for almost everyone.
In Toronto there is (or was) a club with male strippers that banned female customers. I'm surprised that was legal.
I wouldn't have any interest in an LGBTQ club, but whatever for people who do. As long as the business model is clearly stated, people can do whatever the fuck they want with whatever the fuck they want.
It's gotta be a fairly narrow market, stars gotta kinda align to support that kinda thing. A small percentage of the straight population likes strip clubs, I'd presume a small portion of the gay population does too. Without researching, I'd guess we're talking about to groups representing 5% of the population. Gotta have a large base to make that small fraction big enough to support a club.
That said, there are gay & tranny clubs in south Florida. Women are welcome in many of the otherwise straight strip clubs. Search in areas like Wilton Manors, Key West, and to some extent South Beach. I think there are a couple places that feature male dancers that either primarily cater to or are at least very welcoming of female customers, so maybe not strictly gay. Not my cup of tea, so I can't really tell ya much other than that they exist and those neighborhoods are the areas where those businesses tend to be. I'd guess most large metro's have similar scenes, again without researching.

Male strippers need to dance for gay men to make the best money. The Chippendales are an exception, they only allow female customers. But they tour to make decent money, since straight women won't come as frequently as men will.

What you really are asking for is a club aimed at bi men. There are sex clubs aimed at Bi men, but if you're not attractive the women there probably wouldn't be interested.
