What are the thoughts on additional tipping to the dancers? I recently had a really good two for one in a private room in Oz and I’ve no problem giving the girl a really good tip but it seems like they’re asking for tips for everything now, 2 dances at $10 so where’s my tip, after me giving her $20, not so much Latinos, but more the white and black girls have been asking for tips even if they stand and talk to you, which I get if you invite them over, but if they just wander over, Saturday night in Gold Club in Tampa, a girl who I fad no interest in, would not leave and finally asked for $20 for her time, it’s getting as bad as being asked at a walk up coffee shop to tip

There's no way I am tipping a girl if she asks for it, unless it has been a high mileage dance. The ones that grind my gears are when they come and sit with you, have the briefest of conversations and then when you say "no" or "maybe later" etc. they ask for money for their time. PMSL :-)
I don’t mind 5 bucks if she sat down for like 15-20 min and was somewhat entertaining or a good conversationalist, and also polite. Especially if she didn’t ask for LD up front. Whatever.
After LDs, I’ll tip like 20% for under 100 bucks worth of dances/extras IF she is really good at it. Any more than that, it’s usually a no.
For walking up and hanging out. No.
I try to tip generously after all dances. You don’t have to. Thats why it’s generous. I’m not deluding myself that I’m not buying their affection.
Now there are girls I like, used to do dances with in the past. Enjoy greeting them and catching up. Flirt a little. A little mutual groping. If they ask for a dance I might settle them with a tip. Voluntarily.
The more they ask the easier to say no for me.
And if you tip you have to grope a tit or ass. It’s the law.
