Barcelona clubs are mostly brothels. I haven’t been in years though. One place called Club Baghdad was kind of memorable. They’d let patrons up on stage to have sex with the entertainers and there was live porn. It was in the Rambla. They also had expensive private clubs. I don’t remember specific places but Barcelona is great for brothels.

I've heard a lot of bad things about Club Baghdad so have never been. The brothels there are ok, one or two stand out way above the others. The escort scene is great there. Watch your pockets when out and about, especially in Las Ramblas.
