Do you tip on top of what the girl asks for VIP?

Not sure how it works in Miami, but in SoCal VIP interactions go like this: “hey babe, VIP is x for 15 minutes and y for 30, wanna do a dance?”

Then assuming you say yes, you pay X to the club and whatever tip you negotiate with the girl in the VIP is hers to keep.

From reading the reviews, it seems like at Tootsies it goes more so like “hey babe, the room is $100 and I charge $500, wanna do a dance?”

So couple of questions

Can you negotiate that $500? Or is it more less firm?
If I want services inside of the VIP, do I tip on top of that $500? Or that $500 kind of assumes that you’re getting extras in the VIP and it is included into $500

Want to go to a club in Miami when I’m visiting in a few days. I’m okay with spending about $600, but not sure if maybe Cheetahs would be better at that price point. But I’ve heard that girls at tootsies are better. Cheers

Your Miami scenario is correct. I’ll use Cheetah Pompano (which I recommend for quality and your price point). It’s $75 or $150 to the house (fixed, non negotiable), and then whatever you work out with the girl. Most will ask for $300 to $400, but that’s for the full menu. There shouldn’t be any “in room” extras or add ons. You’ll counter at $100 less than whatever she asks for ($200 to $300), and then you’ll split the difference at $50 less than the asking price. At Cheetah Pompano, you should be able to get anything you’re looking for from the hottest girl there for $150 to the house and $300 to the girl, all in. If you really connect and like the girl you could give her back the $50 that you negotiated out as a tip.

Yes, you can negotiate. Her opening offer is probably more than what she'll willing to take because you might say yes to her high ball offer. Negotiate before you go to the room and make it clear what you're paying for in advance. Once in the room you're in a bad negotiating position.

You're much better off heading up to Pompano Beach than clubbing in Miami. Tootsie's is an impressively large club with lots of women but the value is much better at Cheetah's Pompano.

It's tougher at a place like Tootsies. In general, yeah you can assume the price she quotes is inclusive. But the girls there are gonna try to get the most they can. If they sense an opportunity, they'll get you to pay for the room and then try to charge more on top to do more than dance. I'm usually against getting explicit while negotiating, but at some of those Miami clubs known for ROB or ROB-ish behavior, I'd recommend you make it clear her price is total or for everything.

I would also agree that Pompano is much more straightforward. And I agree with the prices iknowbetter is quoting. I do it a little differently, I simply offer 250 for the 15 minute rooms and they almost never say no.
