I agree with your choices for LA, Vegas and Phoenix! Based on what the guys post about other cities on your list you’re probably close to the standard. What about pink pony and tattletale in Atlanta?
Golden Horseshoe in Ranson, WV is pawg milf heaven. But if you don't like the thick country girl type, Tattletale in ATL has some absolute stunners.
Most clubs have a fairly even mix of white, black, and latina girls. These 2 are the only ones I've been where it's 90% white dancers every time.

If you want natural blondes you really can't beat the upper Midwest. The mileage may not always be there, but the raw number of 100 percent German, Polish and Scandinavian girls means there are just a ton of blonde women to pull from
Salt Lake City, while not quite a strip club destination town, should be in the top 10 for hot white dancers.

I disagree about Ybor, seems to have more Hispanic/Black lean in the last decade. Mons could still qualify, though not to the same degree as 10 or more years ago.

I would agree with @Jupiter. I traveled to Provo, UT for business and I was amazed at the number of super hot blonde women everywhere I went. And judging by the amount of kids they have, Morman chicks must be absolute freaks.

Just for fun, I checked the current demographics of Salt Lake City. For the first time ever, the percentage of people who identify as Mormon in SLC has dropped to under 50% and those who identify as “practicing Mormons” it’s only around 25%
I’ve only connected thru SLC on multiple occasions, never setting foot outside of the airport, so I can’t speak from personal experience but from what I’ve seen on TV, they do appear to have some pretty women

The two areas where I have seen the most blonde, white women, by far, are Nebraska and Utah, where contact is kind of minimal. To be fair the blonde spinner last night on a 2/30 nude dance was memorable.

Define white? I mean, lots of Cubans are white in skin color, they can be blond with a little bleach. But often white girls implies white and American.
If it's just skin tone, south Florida has a ton of em. Some of em are hot as fuck. If it's American too, not here. I'd say the GTA had lots of white chicks too, but that's not American either and neither are the girls. But, they're pretty close.
