Jump to latestI see that they have been up for sale since April. Originally $750k, then $550k, now $165k. Maybe someone was looking at it to buy it. It says it is grandfathered in with it's licenses.
Hmmmm.... MLS shows that it actually sold in November for $165. I guess we will have to wait and see.
I can't remember the last time I was there. But, it's always been terrible. If you live down by there, I get it, you don't have any options -- otherwise, good riddance.
