Is the Cellar permanently closed?

I was driving by the Cellar last night and it appeared to be closed for the time being. Maybe the COVID-19 virus was the final nail in the coffin for the Cellar. Haven't been inside for over a year since I called out the security guard, who looked like the crypt keeper, for letting customers illegally smoke in the place. The outside neon lights appeared to be on, but the inside was completely closed. If the Cellar is permanently closed, that wouldn't be a surprised to be because the overall quality of the place had been subpar (girls, drinks, dances, bartenders, security, dance rooms and overall appearance).
