The Rosarito Beach Hotel is celebrating it's 100th anniversary this year. I stayed there back in the 70's. Had a water bed. Had to leave a security deposit for the room skeleton key. Lots of celebrities have stayed there.
Stayed at Rosarito Beach hotel last month. Pool is out of commission, but the outdoor hot tub is great and the cold pool is exactly that, cold. My chica did dive into the cold pool, but she is a wild one. She didn’t last 10 seconds. The room has been updated since we stayed there seven years ago. Very comfortable mini suite. Hotel restaurant is okay. Better restaurants in town, a short walk away. Easy access to the beach as well. Uber is available. We took a taxi to Crazy Girls for 80 pesos.
The clubs were weak on a Thursday night. Weekends are likely better. Overall, the city is fairly safe, even late at night.
Was in Ensalada last year with the same chica. A little further, but a much better experience overall. Paris by Night was a fun club and the town itself offers more things to explore. Very safe city.
