Rowing across the 2nd/3rd base gap

There are clearly clubs where you know going in that nothing more than 2nd base will be allowed in the back. Then on the other end, there are extras clubs with extensive menus. In between these two clubs, there's a fuzzy gap where there is higher than average mileage without going into extras territory.
What activities have you seen in this gap? NLS (nipple licking/sucking) is an example. FOV may count if not considered an extra. What else have you done or had performers do in this gap of advanced non-extras mileage? Do you have a strategy to get to this advanced level of non-extras mileage or was it just a random fluke of luck based on club and performer?
