Rowing across the 2nd/3rd base gap

There are clearly clubs where you know going in that nothing more than 2nd base will be allowed in the back. Then on the other end, there are extras clubs with extensive menus. In between these two clubs, there's a fuzzy gap where there is higher than average mileage without going into extras territory.
What activities have you seen in this gap? NLS (nipple licking/sucking) is an example. FOV may count if not considered an extra. What else have you done or had performers do in this gap of advanced non-extras mileage? Do you have a strategy to get to this advanced level of non-extras mileage or was it just a random fluke of luck based on club and performer?

Handjob? Over the pants? Grinding with the intent to cause an LDK?
Seems like there's a big gap between 2nd base (tit play) and 3rd (oral sex).
One thing I find interesting is how much the order differs between the real world and stripper world. In the real world it’s usually the expected progression of 1st base to 2nd base etc. But with many/most dancers getting to 2nd and even 3rd is easier than getting to 1st. From what I hear even a home run can be easier than a single (I’m not an extras seeker so I have to rely on hearsay about home base).
Note I’ve read enough reviews of the Playhouse Lounge to know that some dancers do start with French kissing before moving on to other bases. But I think that’s more the exception.
Different dancers have different basepaths. I heard of one at a Bridgeport, CT dive who would let you cum raw in any hole but kissing was "too intimate." Some who have said they'll do anything except mouth stuff (kissing or BJ) because they don't want to mess up their lipstick. Some who'll do oral or anal, but "the pussy belongs to my man."
This whole thing would've been easier if the op had just put what he thought was 3rd base. To me the grey area is she puts her hand inside the pants to make magic happen. It's cramped and isn't quite as satisfying but gets the job done lol. But skin-on-skin with a dick or pussy should technically be 3rd base.
To me the line in the strip club is the stripper's trying to get the guy off (or letting the guy try to get her off). But some guys can get off if a strong breeze hits it, so if she's just doing a regular grind and he fires then that's on the 2nd base side. If she grips it and jerks it OTP until jackpot then that's on the 3rd base side. If she bunches the fabric around the shaft and sucks a guy off through the pants that's on the 3rd base side...etc etc.
If you go to restrictive clubs and your pants or shorts don't work that way then maybe buy different clothes. I'm skipping the stuff going the other way because it's pretty obvious when a guy is done and not as clear when a girl is done. That's *all* grey area lol. In a strip club to me you get credit for the attempt. She lets you put your hands on her girly bits with panties out of the way? That's a triple.
To answer the prompt, all the places I frequent are topless-only so I push for seeing/interaction with the kitty most of the time. I've had some success to this effect by being very up-front with dancers about their boundaries when getting LDs and have also found that showing you mean business by asking for multiple songs up-front can help. Demonstrate that you respect dancers and understand the LD economy and I believe you will, on average, get better dances but YMMV forever and always.
On the flip side. It seems to make them more comfortable and they initiate a lot more contact. Its kinda like reverse psychology. Women do a lot when they think its their idea.
I need sensuality and a real connection no matter how superficial.
I like drinking and smoking weed or having edibles with them and go with the flow.
Ive had girls leave the club with me for as little as paying their house fee.
Another way to phrase the question is, though maybe similarly vague, is what are all the activities beyond "Medium mileage" (MM) but less than "Very high mileage" (VHM)? MM is the bare minimum mileage that involves two-way contact while VHM is extras short of FS.
The diamond with a cross point is a really good one. Is there just a better way to describe different levels/types of activities between MM and VHM?
You have to start with a list of activities (like FK, FOV, LDK) before it can be grouped into levels/types. It feels like a complex table based on what the PL can do and what the performer offers to do back. Or is there a simpler way?
