Tried to post this as a review but couldn’t. Here’s an article from the local paper, translated from French:
The Gentleman club bar located in Marieville was the victim of flames on Tuesday morning. The Fire Service and the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) were called to go around 4:30 a.m.

The building, located on Saint-Césaire Street, suffered significant damage, but the flames did not cause any injuries.

An investigator and a fire scene technician went to the site during the day to determine the cause of the fire.

"Clues found on site suggest that the fire was caused by voluntary gestures," explains Louis-Philippe Ruel, a sergeant at the SQ.

Absolutely sucks. No place I know of can compare in quality or services offered. Not entirely certain, but I think this means the only reliable extras clubs in the area now are Diane’s and Rendezvous.
I will keep an ear to the ground for any updates.
