Yes. I get extras every time I go to the HL

Last time, I got extra onions on my burger.

The time before that I got an extra glass of water - I literally had 2 waters sitting at my table at the same time.

One of my first visits, she gave me extra fries. Then I found out they were extra as the dancer told the cook, she wanted to eat some of my fries.

If you TIP extra the bartender will give you extra booze since the bottles are not metered.
