Harley Davidson, John Deere, TSC, Jack Daniels- these are companies which sell to heartland middle America (although Deere and Harley are big ticket items). But people need to know that they pander to their face and stab them in the back.

The root cause of this is not liberal and leftist CEOs at these companies, but leftist globalist banks and financiers like Soros and Blackrock. They are using social credit scores and DEI requirements to strong arm companies into kowtowing to the woke mind virus. They are the original source of this destructive cultural virus. That doesn't mean that Jack Daniels had to host drag shows.

yea it does make sense. the 50 year old plus demographic appears to have been milked dry. political agendas aside, these companies have to come up with ideas to survive the next few decades and appeal to the 19-49 group. the way they've been going about it for the past few years...well it doesn't appear to be working as expected now does it?

the customer base of these companies as a result got pissed off and are acting with their wallets. harley davidson? bikers that rode them have been switching to other companies like indian for quite some time now. jack d dropped in favor of maybe johnny walker. bud is still reeling from their actions. even if these companies backtrack the damage at this moment appears beyond repair.

^icee social equality was phased out years if not decades ago, the current term is equity and it’s basically communism. Equality means everyone operates under the same rules and rights. Equity on the other hand, is where you get things like affirmative action or people complaining about why theres more prisoners of one race relative to another, so we need to either free some prisoners of this race or imprison more of that race.

There is no fighting racism or bigotry. Both the left and right will tolerate racism and bigotry if its towards a group their side doesn’t favor. Have you not observed groups like BLM? Protest, donate and petition if one race is murdered, do nothing if a different race is murdered.

My favorite "go woke go broke" story was the Bud Light boycott, where Kid Rock made a video clip of him shooting at some cans of Bud Light with a rifle, and got the MAGA crowd all energized.

I don't get this at all. I could not care less about Jack Daniels. But I'm hard pressed to figure out why someone would give up a product they enjoyed over "woke". You think I would give up all the wonderful WhistlePig ryes I love because I don't like their HR policies? Fuck that! I don't know who they hire. I don't care who they hire. Some people vote their wallet. Some people are single issue voters, e.g. abortion. Some people, myself included, look at the whole board and vote for the candidate who they feel will best improve the state of the union.

Some consumers shop value. Some consumers shop quality. Datinman shops what he enjoys. I shop what I enjoy, but I will not patronize a company which actively promotes causes counter to what I believe to be in the best interests of society.
