If he succeeds, there many be a multitude of lawsuits appearing. Who HASN'T been tricked while in a relationship?

And, with the exception of a very limited portion of the population, rare even among the TUSCL membership, who has millions of dollars available for settling such a lawsuit?

Short of selling the home he bought for her, in the rare likelihood that he is victorious, I doubt she has any of the gifts anymore. And what's she going to do......sell her implants?
