If so, the more efficient approach is to go directly to the massage and escort websites in those countries, do some research, and find a destination with several chicas that meet your criteria. You can probably find at least a few in almost every country. Statistically, Argentina and Paraguay probably have a bit more of what you're looking for. I agree DR is likely tops for Central America.
