Hunter, per emails that have been published, showed he copy right from some of these classified documents when he didn't have any authority to access. It's called justice, and it needs to be applied to anyone regardless of age, or mental capacity if the crime occurred when he was wrapped tight, and he was for decades. Sure, give Biden 30 years of Probation, no jail. At least he'll have a real criminal record.
