My question is, Why did this happen in Texas and not Florida.

I know a dancer in Atlanta that got fired from Follies for biting a customers finger. Since then she has worked at Tattletales and Vivide.

If he'd been convicted of kidnapping back in 2019, he'd still be in prison now. This is why plea bargaining violent crimes is a very bad idea.
