Is that where they're going to claim what he paid to Stormy Daniels is an unreported campaign expense? Seems like a big stretch, like the (failed) "Russia-gate" accusations.
Giving a different value of a property to the bank loan officer and the tax official seems like more clearly a crime. But I would guess that a lot of big political donors do similar things, and they make block making such a case.
