Is that where they're going to claim what he paid to Stormy Daniels is an unreported campaign expense? Seems like a big stretch, like the (failed) "Russia-gate" accusations.

Giving a different value of a property to the bank loan officer and the tax official seems like more clearly a crime. But I would guess that a lot of big political donors do similar things, and they make block making such a case.

This is about character assassination and intimidation. Trump has money and can put up an unlimited legal fight. Problem is, damage is done whether it is true or false. Raw meat to the radical Dem base. The thing is, it's all about the Indie base and how they will react. And yes, #bait.
